Show extractor names when collapsed, and have a single collapse expand button

Show the name of the extractor so they can be identified when collapsed. The collapse expand buttons could be a single button depending on the state so it can be toggled without moving the mouse.

Since we have a new dedicated panel to edit extractors, I guess we can discard this task now. 
Feel free to open another one if you want to suggest improvements for the new system.
